38,5 hours position – Vienna based
WE LOOK FOR
– 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management or customer success
– Knowledge of B2B sales and/or technical products is advantageous
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
– Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills (hands-on mentality)
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing team.
– Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
YOUR TASKS
– Outreach to potential customers via email, phone, and meetings (Lead generation)
– Preparing and managing tender processes for academic clients.
– Drive academic sales and relationships with universities and research institutions.
– Plan and conduct customer visits, product demos, and technical feasibility studies.
– Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate reports for management.
– Manage after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction.
– Handle Service Level Agreements and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
